Designed to ensure the production of pipes, fittings and profiles with their own tooling.
The shop produces molds for all kinds of fittings, nozzles and gauges for pipes and profiles, injection molds for packing in the food industry, construction and everyday life.
The workshop has extensive machine park consisting of CNC machine tools, universal machines, bulk and wire erosion machines, chrome plant, a burner for ion nitriding, and special machines for production of big screws and cylinders.
With the available machines, the workshop can handle large parts with complex configuration with weight up to 8000 kg.
The department has a young and ambitious team of designers, programmers and workers able to meet all the requirements of the customer as soon as possible.
In recent years was designed and manufactured over 80 molds and 5 robots that were successfully implemented in the international market in countries such as: Romania, Turkey, Greece, Germany, The Netherlands, and Egypt.
